How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.
How long will my order take to arrive?
US orders should arrive within 3-10 business days and Canadian orders within a 7-14 business days, and International orders 1-3 weeks.
All orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail and Global Priority. Other methods of shipping may require an additional charge.
How much is postage?
DOMESTIC ORDERS We offer $12 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for all US orders & FREE SHIPPING on order over $250. California orders will be charged sales tax.
CANADIAN ORDERS We offer $25 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for all Canadian orders. Taxes and duties may apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged per item: $30 for 1-2 items, $45 for 3-4 items, $60 for 5-6 items and $75 for 7 and up. Taxes and duties may apply.
Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.
Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds for returns.
EXCHANGES may be made within 15 days of receipt. When an exchange is requested, we will charge your credit card if there is a balance before the exchanged items are shipped out. Exchanged items will be shipped out upon receipt of returned items. Additional shipping may apply.
RETURNS Full-priced, unworn clothing with original tags attached & unused merchandise in its original packaging is eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY (minus shipping) within 15 days of receipt. Returns that are received AFTER 15 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DISCOUNTED & MARKED DOWN SALE ITEMS are all FINAL SALE ONLY. They may not be returned or exchanged.
Please call or email to attain a Return Authorization number and let us know that you would like to make an Exchange or Return. The item MUST be returned to CAROL YOUNG | UNDESIGNED in unworn and perfect condition (including hangtags and original packaging).
Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
