What size am I?
Here's our general size chart. Depending on specific styles and fit preferences, some customers will size up or down.
How do I take care of my Undesigned by Carol Young clothing?
Most of our clothing are simply cold water wash, line dry or dry flat. For certain fabrics that need special care, such as wool and silk, we recommend green dry cleaning.
Can out of stock items be special ordered?
Yes- at our discretion. Certain styles may be special ordered if the fabric is available. There is a $20 special order fee and will require 4-6 weeks for completion. Special orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for details.
Can you repleat my Moth travelwear?
For a small fee, we offer a repleating service for any of our Moth pieces (crush pleating only). This usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on our production schedule.
Please note--items must be washed/cleaned by customer PRIOR to repleating. We are not responsible for any fabric damage/general wear on garments that are brought in by customers for repleating. Also, we only offer repleating for clothes with the CAROL YOUNG | UNDESIGNED label.
